My Trendy Customs does our best to ship items as fast as possible. Our shipping for NON-custom made items is 3-5 business days. (Our business days are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-7pm). Custom made items are 7-10 business days. We have 3-5 business days OR 7-10 business days to complete order and send it to their new home. If you’re concerned about shipping please wait until end of day of the 5th or 10th day to check progress. We drop packages off on Tue, Thurs & Saturday.

Due to COVID-19 there will be delays with USPS. An item that usually takes 3 days to arrive could take 3 weeks or longer. As soon as we hand items over to USPS, it is no longer our responsibility and complaints must be brought to them. We provide a tracking number for each and every one of our packages sent so you can track it. If you do not receive the tracking number via email please email [email protected] during business hours and we will gladly resend it to you.
